Oklahoma Corporation Commission must engage an outside consulting firm within 90 days to conduct a technical and legal feasibility study on nuclear energy generation in the state, exempt from standard state procurement processes

Feasibility study must evaluate advantages/disadvantages of nuclear energy, environmental impacts, optimal site locations including areas near military bases, safety criteria, engineering costs, and small modular reactor capabilities

Study must include socioeconomic impact analysis covering workforce development, tax base effects, supply chains, and job creation, plus assessment of federal programs and policies to support nuclear adoption

Written report must be delivered to the Governor, Senate President Pro Tempore, and House Speaker within 9 months of the act's effective date

Maximum funding of $375,000 authorized for the consulting firm; if costs exceed budget, the Commission may conduct a notice of inquiry to gather stakeholder information and reduce study costs
