Sets price caps for fast-acting biosimilar insulin at $30.00 per vial and $55.00 per pack of five prefilled insulin pens

Requires agreements with nonprofit organizations to identify estimated savings to Oklahoma residents and self-insureds, and specify matching fund amounts relative to state appropriations

Effective date of July 1, 2025, with emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage; passed House of Representatives on March 24, 2025
