Expands required health insurance coverage for breast cancer screening to include supplemental examinations such as contrast-enhanced mammography, breast MRI, breast ultrasound, and molecular breast imaging for women with increased risk factors including dense breasts or family history

Requires all health benefit plans to cover low-dose mammography screenings, diagnostic examinations, and supplemental examinations without deductibles, co-payments, or coinsurance

Women ages 35-39 are entitled to coverage for one low-dose mammography screening every 5 years; women 40 and older are entitled to annual screenings

Adds "molecular breast imaging" as a covered diagnostic examination type and creates a new definition for "supplemental examination" in Oklahoma insurance code
