Amends the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit Act to require the Oklahoma Tax Commission to disaggregate website reporting data by individual private school and/or homeschool, rather than reporting only aggregate totals

Requires monthly website updates showing credits claimed, number of students awarded, and application denials broken down by each participating private school or homeschool

Adds new reporting requirement for the total amount of qualified expenses claimed by category (tuition, tutoring, textbooks, standardized testing fees, etc.)

Maintains existing reporting requirements for credits disaggregated by income categories and students who previously attended public school

Effective date: November 1, 2025
