Oklahoma Department of Transportation must erect signage designating the True Grit Trail, a scenic route beginning at U.S. Highway 64 at the Oklahoma-Arkansas state line and ending at the intersection of State Highway 1 and U.S. Highway 259

Informational highway signage will direct visitors to 15 sites of interest including Sallisaw, Spiro, McAlester, Wilburton, Robbers Cave State Park, and the Talimena National Scenic Byway

Department of Transportation must collaborate with Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department to maintain online resources including a trail map, site information, and historical context

All signage costs, including initial installation and future replacement, must be funded from private sources rather than state funds
