Increases the required notice period for license expiration from 60 days to 90 days that the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry must provide to animal shelter operators and commercial pet breeders

Requires the Department to implement an online license renewal and payment option by January 1, 2026

Animal shelter operators and commercial pet breeders not in violation of the Commercial Pet Breeders and Animal Shelter Licensing Act may renew by submitting a renewal application, complying with renewal requirements, and paying the required fee

Persons whose licenses have expired may not engage in activities requiring a license until the license has been renewed

Effective date is November 1, 2025
