Increases the maximum Rural Economic Action Plan (REAP) water project grant from $150,000 to $350,000 per qualified entity in any twelve-month period

Raises the Water Resources Fund grant cap from $100,000 to $300,000 per eligible entity per fiscal year, including for multi-party projects

Funds support rural water quality projects including sewer and water line construction/repair, water treatment, and water acquisition for cities and towns under 7,000 population

Cities under 1,750 population receive higher priority for funding, with additional preference given to municipalities with weaker fiscal capacity
