Campaign and election mail not from official government sources must include a disclaimer in minimum 14-point font stating: "This piece of mail is not an official government document from the State of Oklahoma or any subdivision of this state."

Applies to mail encouraging voters to apply for absentee ballots or reminding them of election dates, among other campaign materials.

First and second violations result in a $100 fine per unique mailer campaign (not per individual piece of mail); third offense increases to $300 per mailer campaign.

Oklahoma Ethics Commission is granted enforcement authority and rule-making power to implement the requirements.

Effective date: November 1, 2025.
