Amends the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit Act to require the Oklahoma Tax Commission to report program data disaggregated by individual private school and/or homeschool on its website, rather than only in aggregate totals

Requires monthly website updates to include credits awarded and number of students awarded (changed from "credits claimed") broken down by income categories and by individual participating school

Adds new reporting requirements for the total amount by category of qualified expenses (tuition, tutoring, textbooks, standardized testing fees)

Adds new requirement to report total tuition costs disaggregated by individual private school and/or homeschool beginning with the 2025-2026 school year

Effective date of November 1, 2025
