Amends the Alzheimer's Dementia and Other Forms of Dementia Special Care Disclosure Act to explicitly include "memory care" as a type of care that facilities must disclose when advertising specialized dementia services

Individuals employed or contracted by long-term care facilities who falsely advertise memory care, Alzheimer's care, or dementia care services when the facility does not meet the criteria may face civil penalties determined by the State Commissioner of Health and be charged with a misdemeanor

Applies to nursing facilities, residential care facilities, assisted living facilities, adult day care centers, continuum of care facilities, and special care facilities that market dementia-related services

Facilities must submit disclosure forms to the State Department of Health detailing their philosophy, staffing ratios, staff training, resident activities, physical environment, and fees before entering care agreements

Effective date: November 1, 2025
