Designates 26 memorial bridges, highways, and interchanges across Oklahoma to honor military service members, law enforcement officers, public officials, and community members

Memorial bridges include honors for PFC David P. Manners, LCPL John C. Reevs, PFC John Dudley Good, and SFC Brandon O. Poynter among other veterans

Law enforcement memorials include Trooper Bob Impson Memorial Highway, COP Andy Blizzard and ACOP Justin Durrett Memorial Highway, and Trooper William "Bill" Walker and Park Superintendent T. Leo Newton Memorial Highway

Amends existing designations to rename the CDR Ernest Evans memorial from "First Tribal Recipient of the Medal of Honor" to "Medal of Honor Recipient Memorial Trail" and corrects the location description for The Honorable Leonard Earl Sullivan Memorial Bridge

Effective date of November 1, 2025; Department of Transportation required to place suitable permanent markers on all designated roads and bridges
