Adds a required one-half (1/2) unit of personal financial literacy to graduation requirements for students in grades 10-12, which may be fulfilled through an Advanced Placement course whose content substantially addresses the required concepts

Requires all math courses counting toward graduation to be at or above the rigor of Algebra I, with two of the four required units being Algebra I and either Algebra II or Geometry

Authorizes school districts to issue alternate diplomas to students with the most significant cognitive disabilities who participate in the Oklahoma Alternate Assessment Program (OAAP), obtainable by the school year in which the student turns 22

Alternate diplomas do not terminate Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) for students with IEPs and count as standard diplomas for calculating adjusted cohort graduation rates

Allows the State Board of Education to develop rules determining if aviation courses are eligible for nonelective academic credit toward graduation requirements; effective July 1, 2025
