Creates the Oklahoma Workforce Education Partnership Revolving Fund within the State Treasury, administered by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education

Fund will be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations, consisting of legislative appropriations, apportionments, gifts, donations, and bequests

Expenditures must be used to expand career technology education based on critical occupation data determined by the Department

Fund provisions will sunset on July 1, 2030

Effective date of July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause allowing immediate effect upon passage and approval
