Amends Oklahoma's alien land ownership restrictions by adding definitions for "agricultural and forestry property," "critical infrastructure facility," "military installation," and "foreign principal"

Designates China, Iran, North Korea, and Russia as "foreign government adversaries" whose nationals, government officials, political party members, and state-controlled enterprises face land ownership restrictions

Prohibits foreign principals from acquiring agricultural/forest property or any real property within 200 miles of military installations or critical infrastructure facilities (including chemical plants, refineries, power plants, water treatment facilities, LNG terminals, telecommunications offices, and gas processing plants)

Requires deeds recorded with county clerks to include a notarized affidavit attesting compliance with ownership restrictions and confirming no prohibited funding sources were used in the transaction
