Expands allowable expenditures for district, county, and township fairs to include digital and electronic communication, Internet, and supporting equipment, replacing outdated references to "telegraph" in existing law

Requires county fair association members to designate a day with a 12-hour voting window for elections of president, vice president, secretary, and Board of Directors

Establishes removal procedures for county fair officers and directors: automatic removal for failing to attend at least 50% of meetings in a calendar year, or removal by unanimous vote of all other members

Amends four sections of Title 2 O.S. 2021 (Sections 15-24, 15-55, 15-58, and 15-70) related to agricultural fairs and expositions
