Amends 21 O.S. Section 644 to clarify the scope of domestic assault and battery with a deadly weapon by expanding the definition of qualifying weapons to include "any kind of firearm, deadly weapon, air gun, conductive energy weapon, or any other means whatsoever"

Removes the previous limiting language "that is likely to produce death" from the description of deadly weapons used in domestic assault cases

Maintains existing penalty structure for domestic assault and battery with a deadly weapon as a felony punishable by imprisonment up to life in the Department of Corrections

Effective date of November 1, 2025
