Amends Oklahoma's pleading requirements (12 O.S. 2021, Sections 2008 and 2009) to require claims contain a statement "made with particularity of all material facts known to the pleading party" that creates a reasonable inference the pleader is "plausibly entitled to relief"

Defines "material fact" as a fact necessary to the claim without which the claim could not be supported; requires facts pleaded on belief to include particular factual information supporting that belief

Removes the provision stating that pleadings shall be "simple, concise, and direct" and that "no technical forms of pleadings or motions are required"

Requires fraud, mistake, and conditions precedent pleadings to comply with the new heightened particularity standard in Section 2008
