Increases the hourly reimbursement rate for transporting juveniles to and from secure detention from $17.00 to $32.00 per hour

Office of Juvenile Affairs must reimburse entities transporting juveniles for mileage at State Travel Reimbursement Act rates, plus up to $10.00 per meal for both transport personnel and juveniles

Reimbursement claims must be processed and mailed within 60 days of receipt, with payments to county sheriff's offices deposited in the sheriff's service fee account
