Schools have the right to broadcast all high school athletic activities in which their team participates, including preseason, regular season, and playoff games

Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) exclusive broadcast agreements cannot prohibit local broadcasters or schools from broadcasting games involving their teams

"Local broadcaster" includes Oklahoma-based organizations providing local broadcast services and school-sponsored student broadcast programs

Provisions apply to broadcast contracts entered into or renewed on or after the effective date

Effective date is July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage and approval
