Exempts entities created through joint ventures or acquisitions by public trust hospitals with not-for-profit organizations from the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act and Oklahoma Open Records Act

Protects as confidential any marketing plans, financial statements, trade secrets, research concepts, methods, products, or other proprietary information submitted to or compiled by public trusts, unless the providing entity consents to disclosure

Authorizes executive sessions to discuss confidential proprietary materials when deemed necessary by the trust

Excludes budgetary information related to appropriations or the appropriations process from the confidentiality protections

Effective November 1, 2025
