EPA-approved pesticide warning labels under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) would satisfy all Oklahoma state health and safety warning requirements, including common law duty-to-warn obligations

Labels must meet one of three conditions at time of sale: EPA and Oklahoma Department of Agriculture approval, consistency with EPA's most recent human health assessment, or consistency with EPA's carcinogenicity classification

Applies only to pesticides registered with the EPA under FIFRA (7 U.S.C. Section 136 et seq.)

Would preempt state-level warning requirements that exceed federal EPA labeling standards

Effective date: November 1, 2025
