All county offices and courts must offer credit card payment options for transactions, with the exception of real estate sales to the highest bidder; service fees may be passed on to the credit card user

County offices and courts must provide all necessary forms for business or legal proceedings at no charge, and make these forms available on the county website

Every county office—including the clerk, treasurer, assessor, and courthouse—must have a notary available during business hours who cannot charge a fee for services

The Attorney General must standardize all forms used for county business or legal proceedings, with counties required to implement these standardized forms by January 1, 2027
