Changes "Licensed Masters Social Worker" to "Licensed Master's Social Worker" (correcting grammar) while retaining the LMSW abbreviation

Extends the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers sunset date from July 1, 2027 to July 1, 2028

Requires two Board members to be licensed as either bachelor's social workers or master's social workers, replacing the previous requirement for "social work associates"
