Amends Oklahoma's discrimination definitions statute (25 O.S. Section 1201) to add a formal definition of "antisemitism" based on the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) working definition

Defines antisemitism as "a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews," including rhetorical and physical manifestations directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals, their property, Jewish community institutions, and religious facilities

Adopts the IHRA's working definition and examples of antisemitism for purposes of Oklahoma's anti-discrimination provisions

Effective date is November 1, 2025
