Amends Oklahoma's obscenity and child pornography laws (Section 1031) to update penalty provisions for prostitution-related offenses under Sections 1029 and 1030

Standard prostitution violations remain misdemeanors with 30 days to 1 year jail time and escalating fines: $2,500 (first offense), $5,000 (second), $7,500 (third or subsequent), plus 40-80 hours community service possible

Prostitution while knowingly HIV-infected is a felony punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment; child prostitution offenses carry up to 10 years imprisonment with fines ranging from $5,000 to $15,000

Prostitution offenses within 1,000 feet of a school or church are elevated to felonies with up to 5 years imprisonment plus the escalating fine structure
