Creates the "Oklahoma Human Trafficking Justice for Victims and Advocacy Act of 2025" and increases minimum prison sentences for human trafficking of minors from 10 years to 15 years, with penalties up to life without parole and fines up to $250,000

Requires convicted traffickers to pay for victims' psychological evaluations and counseling services performed by psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed professional counselors, or social workers

Establishes a statewide Human Trafficking Awareness and Education Program under the Attorney General's Human Trafficking Response Unit to provide training for law enforcement and schools on trafficking prevention and online recruitment tactics

Expands victims' rights to include treatment as crime victims rather than defendants, written notification of constitutional and statutory rights, and information about financial assistance and social services
