Amends Oklahoma's statute of limitations law (22 O.S. Section 152) to expand the list of sexual crimes against children that must be prosecuted by the victim's 45th birthday to include "any offense prohibited by Section 843.5" of Title 21, broadening coverage beyond the previous "child abuse" language

Adds "failure to report abuse or neglect" under Section 1-2-101 of Title 10A to the list of crimes subject to the 45th birthday prosecution deadline for child victims

Adds "nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images" (Section 1040.13b of Title 21) to the crimes that must be prosecuted by the victim's 45th birthday when committed against minors, or within 20 years of discovery when committed against adults 18 or older
