Vendors must clearly identify the actual total price for goods or services, including all fees, charges, and other costs to be paid by the buyer

State and local sales tax amounts must be disclosed as part of the total cost

Shipping charges are exempt from the total price requirement but must be listed separately if applicable

Vendors must provide all pricing information within a reasonable time period before payment is due
