Amends Oklahoma statute on firearm possession by convicted felons and delinquents to add a new definition of "imitation pistol" meaning any pistol capable of raising fear in a threatened person that it is a real pistol

Consolidates existing definitions (sawed-off shotgun/rifle, altered toy pistol, altered air pistol, alternative court program) from separate subsections into a single numbered list format

Maintains existing prohibitions on firearm possession by convicted felons, persons on felony probation, adjudicated delinquent minors, and undocumented immigrants

Preserves exception allowing nonviolent felons who receive full pardons and have no subsequent felony convictions to have firearm rights restored

Effective date: November 1, 2025
