Amends Oklahoma's eluding peace officers statute (21 O.S. Section 540A) to update terminology from "State Penitentiary" and "state correctional institution" to "custody of the Department of Corrections"

Expands the description of law enforcement signal lights to include flashing blue and white lights, and any combination of flashing red, blue, and white lights

First offense for eluding remains a misdemeanor punishable by up to 1 year in county jail and/or fines of $100-$2,000; second or subsequent offenses carry fines of $500-$5,000

Eluding that endangers another person is a felony punishable by 1-5 years imprisonment and/or fines of $1,000-$5,000

Eluding that causes an accident resulting in great bodily injury is a felony punishable by 1-5 years imprisonment and up to $5,000 fine; effective November 1, 2025
