Amends 12 O.S. 2021, Section 2702 to establish standards for admitting AI-generated output as expert testimony, requiring proponents to demonstrate the output helps the trier of fact, is based on sufficient inputs with reasonable opponent access, uses reliable methods, and reflects reliable application to case facts

Requires proponents to show "more likely than not" that AI system output meets these reliability standards under circumstances substantially similar to those in the case

Amends 12 O.S. 2021, Section 2806 to allow the accuracy of admitted AI output to be attacked and supported by the same types of evidence permissible for human declarant hearsay statements

Permits courts to admit evidence of an AI system's inconsistent output or prior false output when relevant to assessing the accuracy of admitted output
