Amends the Funeral Services Licensing Act (59 O.S. 2021, Section 396.2) to add a new definition for "transportation protection agreement"

Defines transportation protection agreement as an agreement primarily providing coordination and arrangement of professional services related to preparation and transportation of human remains or cremated remains

Exempts transportation protection agreements from requirements under the Funeral Services Licensing Act and Title 36 (Oklahoma Insurance Code), clarifying they do not constitute funeral service merchandise or funeral services

Effective date: November 1, 2026
