Property owners may recover attorney, appraisal, and engineering fees when a jury awards at least 10% more than the greater of the commissioners' award or the condemning authority's last timely written offer, if the owner (or both parties) requested the jury trial

Property owners may recover fees when the condemning authority alone requests a jury trial and the jury award exceeds 90% of the greater of the commissioners' award or the last written offer

Written offers of just compensation must be made within 75 days after the commissioners' report is filed to be considered timely for fee reimbursement calculations

Court determinations on fee reimbursement are now explicitly appealable to the Oklahoma Supreme Court
