Creates the "Supervised Physicians Act" allowing Oklahoma medical school graduates who passed USMLE Steps 1 and 2 to obtain a temporary 2-year license to practice under supervision in ACGME-accredited inpatient hospital settings, effective January 1, 2026

Requires supervised physicians to enter a written collaborative practice arrangement with a board-certified supervising physician within 30 days of licensure, practice at the same location, and prohibits practice when the supervising physician is absent

Limits supervising physicians to no more than 3 supervised physicians simultaneously and requires 100% chart review of all services provided by supervised physicians

Prohibits supervised physicians from prescribing controlled dangerous substances and requires clear identification as "supervised physician" on name tags and lab coats, with prominent patient disclosure statements

Directs the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision and State Board of Osteopathic Examiners to promulgate rules, set fees, track arrangements, and conduct compliance reviews
