Creates a new separate filing fee category for forcible entry and detainer suits (eviction cases) at $100.00, removing these cases from the general "all others" category that charged $85.00

Increases the effective cost to file an eviction case by $15.00, from $85.00 to $100.00

Adds forcible entry and detainer cases to the list of case types subject to additional assessments for the Law Library Fund ($6.00) and optional county courthouse security fees (up to $10.00)

Effective date is November 1, 2025
