Amends Oklahoma election law to modify permissible dates for regular and special elections held by counties, school districts, municipalities, fire protection districts, and other political subdivisions

Establishes five standard election dates: second Tuesday of February, first Tuesday of April, third Tuesday of June, fourth Tuesday of August, and first Tuesday after the first Monday of November in any year

Removes previous distinction between odd-numbered and even-numbered years for most election scheduling, consolidating rules to apply uniformly to "any year"

Grants the Governor additional special election dates (seven total) when filling vacancies for U.S. Representative, State Senator, State Representative, or during declared national/state emergencies

Elections falling on official state holidays must be rescheduled to the next Tuesday, and candidate filing days falling on weekends or holidays move to the next business day; effective date is November 1, 2025
