Oklahoma Supreme Court must establish an Office of Judicial Performance Evaluation and a Judicial Performance Evaluation Council to review the performance of intermediate appellate judges and district court judges

Evaluation process includes surveys of persons with knowledge of a judge's performance and self-evaluations, with results reviewed by the Council and then examined de novo by the Supreme Court

Evaluation information remains confidential unless a judge fails to achieve satisfactory evaluation in two consecutive reviews or refuses to complete assigned improvement programs, at which point failures are posted publicly on the Supreme Court website

Supreme Court must provide annual reports to the Governor, legislative leadership, and judiciary committee chairs beginning December 31 of the year following the effective date, including evaluation counts, response rates, and actions taken to address deficiencies

Effective date is November 1, 2025
