Individuals diagnosed with a disorder causing momentary lapses of consciousness that impairs driving ability must self-report their diagnosis to Service Oklahoma

Medical diagnosis reports submitted under this law are explicitly not considered public records, protecting patient privacy

Service Oklahoma is granted authority to promulgate rules to implement and enforce these provisions

Physicians and medical personnel who report patient conditions in good faith retain immunity from civil liability

Effective date is November 1, 2025
