Creates the "Federal Education Guidance Disclosure Act" requiring the Oklahoma State Department of Education to publish federal guidance documents on a designated website within 5 days of receipt, unless prohibited by privacy laws.

State Department of Education must create the designated website within 90 days of the effective date, with conspicuous hyperlinks providing access to all guidance documents.

Rescinded federal guidance documents must be retained on the website, with notation of rescission status and date added within 15 days of rescission.

"Guidance document" is broadly defined to include memoranda, notices, bulletins, directives, letters, and no-action letters from federal agencies setting forth policy or interpretation on statutory, regulatory, or technical issues.

Effective date: November 1, 2025.
