Amends 61 O.S. 2021, Section 83 to modify prohibited terms in bid specifications for public construction contracts

Removes the prohibition on terms that require, prohibit, encourage, or discourage collective bargaining agreements in public improvement project bids

Retains the prohibition on terms that discriminate against bidders, contractors, or subcontractors based on their status as a party or nonparty to collective bargaining agreements

Applies to public agency contracts for construction, repair, remodeling, or demolition of public improvements, including actions by construction managers
