Creates the Oklahoma Uniform Unlawful Restrictions in Land Records Act, allowing property owners to record amendments removing discriminatory restrictions from deeds based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, or other personal characteristics

Property owners may file amendments to remove unlawful restrictions from their individual properties; owners associations may amend governing instruments without a member vote to remove such restrictions

Owners association governing bodies must respond to member requests to remove unlawful restrictions within 90 days and, if confirmed, must file the amendment within an additional 90 days

County clerks are required to record amendments, add them to the index, and cross-reference them to the original document, with no liability for recording such amendments
