Wrongfully incarcerated persons and their children eligible for waiver of tuition, room and board, and mandatory fees at Oklahoma public higher education and career technology institutions, limited to 120 credit hours

Persons qualifying for expungement based on actual innocence may request expedited hearings within 30 days of filing, with 10-day notice to relevant agencies
