Retired Teachers' Retirement System members employed by public schools to perform classified or nonclassified duties may now receive unlimited annualized earnings with no reduction in retirement benefits

Eliminates the previous 36-month earnings limitation period that capped postretirement income based on age and final average salary

Removes the prior $30,000 or 50% of final average salary earnings cap that applied to retired members age 62 and older

Maintains the 60-calendar-day waiting period between a retiree's last day of preretirement employment and any postretirement public school employment

Includes an emergency clause with effective dates of July 1, 2025 for postretirement provisions, or November 1, 2025 if the emergency clause is not approved
