Updates the list of officials with assigned parking at the west entrance semicircular drive to include the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and Secretary of the State Election Board, while removing Court of Criminal Appeals judges and Court of Appeals judges

Reserves the southernmost row of parking spaces in the south parking lot for the Department of Public Safety to operate a large vehicle inspection station, with authority to post related signage along Lincoln Boulevard and at gatehouses

Assigns the Office of Management and Enterprise Services responsibility for maintaining all streets, roads, and state-owned parking lots within State Capitol Park boundaries, including striping, painting, and signage
