Amends the Sarah Stitt Act to require the Department of Corrections to coordinate with Service Oklahoma (rather than Department of Public Safety) to provide inmates with a REAL ID Noncompliant Driver License or Identification Card before release if they lack current state-issued ID.

Requires the Department of Corrections to prioritize obtaining a driver license first; if unsuccessful, then assist with obtaining an identification card.

Mandates that within 9 months prior to an inmate's release, the Department must identify whether the inmate has current state identification and begin gathering required documentation.

Authorizes the Department of Corrections to use any available funds—including inmate trust funds, existing department funds, and donations—to cover costs of implementation and ID purchases.

Effective date: November 1, 2025.
