Creates the Oklahoma Community Health Worker Act establishing a voluntary certification program for community health workers administered by the State Department of Health

Defines community health workers as frontline public health workers who are trusted members of the communities they serve and have shared understanding with those communities

Authorizes certified community health workers to serve as liaisons between health/social services and communities, identify gaps in resources, and build community capacity through outreach, education, coaching, and advocacy

Requires the State Commissioner of Health to promulgate rules for coursework standards, examination requirements, minimum qualifications, and criteria for granting, denying, suspending, or revoking certificates

Allows reciprocity agreements with Indian Health Service, Tribal Contract or Compact Health Centers, Urban Indian Health Centers, and tribal health systems; effective November 1, 2025
