Mandates disclosure of the identity of any foreign state, agency, or instrumentality providing funding, with corrections required within 30 days if the certification becomes materially inaccurate

Prohibits information from commercial litigation funding agreements from being admitted as evidence at trial solely by reason of its disclosure during discovery

Exempts consumer litigation funding agreements and attorney contingency fee arrangements from the disclosure requirements
