Creates the Statewide Official Compensation Commission to set salaries for nine statewide elected officials: Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, State Treasurer, State Auditor and Inspector, Superintendent of Public Instruction, State Insurance Commissioner, Commissioner of Labor, and Corporation Commission members

Commission membership consists of the same persons who serve on the Board on Legislative Compensation, and may only meet on the same dates as that board

Salaries cannot be set below the amounts in effect as of January 1, 2025, and changes apply only to terms of office beginning on or after the date the Commission sets the salary

Current statutory salaries remain in effect until modified by the Commission, ranging from $105,053 (Commissioner of Labor) to $147,000 (Governor)

Commission creation and salary provisions become effective November 1, 2025; the existing statutory salary section will be repealed January 31, 2030
