Amends 21 O.S. 2021, Section 1277 to allow individuals to openly carry a handgun on municipal zoo or park property operated by a public trust or nonprofit entity with permission from that entity

Currently permits concealed handgun carry on such municipal zoo and park properties, but open carry requires explicit authorization from the managing public trust or nonprofit organization

Applies to parks of any size designated by a municipality and owned, leased, operated or managed by public trusts created under Section 176 of Title 60 or by nonprofit entities

Effective date: November 1, 2025
