Removes federal governmental authority buildings from the list of prohibited firearm locations, limiting the prohibition to state-owned or leased buildings conducting public business

Removes the Oklahoma State Fair and Tulsa State Fair fairgrounds from the list of places where concealed or unconcealed firearms may be prohibited under business owner rights provisions
